If you are working with a family where you feel their needs sit below Support Levels 3 or 4, and you would have previously considered completing an Early Help Notification, you can contact the district team where your request for advice will be responded to within 2 working days by an Early Help Manager. You will then be able to discuss the needs of a child, young person or family and be provided with advice about the most appropriate type of support available within the community at Support Levels 1 and 2. October 7-11 was the Safeguarding Adults Awareness Week, a campaign led by the Kent and Medway Safeguarding Adults Board (KMSAB). The aim of the campaign was to encourage members of the public to help protect vulnerable adults by learning about types of abuse or neglect and how to report their concerns.
