When we practise handwriting at school, we think about ground, grass and sky letters. This helps us to think about how tall each letter should be, if it sits on the line or if it goes below the line. This word shows a grass letter, a sky letter and a ground letter. The sky letters go high into the blue sky. The grass letters sit on the line but stay in the green grass.
