Growing Businiess Seeking Director of Communications and Sales Growth (Ottawa Lake, MI)Compensation: Negotiable. Based upon experience.

The director of communications and sales growth will be responsible for the communication, tactics and public relations activities both external and internal. 

Responsibilities include but are limited to the following:

Maximize sales growth with effective communication and marketing along with retail store staff.Sales techniques for brand awareness.Meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Create and manage special events that promote our business, home shows, community events, etc. Coordinate and supervise any community events and donations. Involvement with Chambers. ie: attend referral groups, attend networking events- any events that benefit our business.Build and maintain business relationships through the Chamber and with target audiences and customers.Give presentations to groups and organizations to promote our business.Come up with ideas for low budget, high visibility advertising techniques.Develop and work with different companies on ideas for promotional items, banners and marketing materials for brand awareness.Demonstrate extensive knowledge of product by keeping current on the industry updates and events. Maintain sponsorship's.Actively initiate projects and carry them out to completion. Implement a social media strategy. Coordinate, manage and execute online reputation. Assist company president with any special projects as needed.
