Dear Parents, Nov 28 – Dec 16 will be "KINDNESS COUNT DOWN" in our classroom. Each day, until winter break - students will write random acts of kindness they've performed, or seen other students perform, and add it to our "KINDNESS" chain. Our class will be doing various acts of kindness throughout the days until winter break. Our goal is to "naturally" do acts of kindness for people, living things and our Earth every day! Performing random acts of kindness contributes to an intrinsic value that can actually be seen, as students well up with pride, adding links to the kindness chain every day. Strong intrinsic values help with self-confidence and self-motivation, which leads to success in and out of the classroom. So please get involved! When you're child or family is involved in an "act of kindness", please write it on a piece of paper, and send it back to school - we will add that link to our kindness chain! Happy Holidays!
