The District Summer Musical this year is “Hair Spray”. It will be performed right here at Larkin and is open to all students. Auditions for stage performers and pit musicians are in early May. Tech applications are online. See the posted flyers, website, or contract Mr. Baxter for more information. Just a reminder that Student Council and Class Officer Applications are due TODAY at 3pm. Applications can be picked up the Main Office. Don’t miss out on this chance to get involved. Young Women’s Empowerment Group will be collecting toiletries all next week to support the Crisis Center of Elgin. Please bring travel size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste or toothbrushes and drop off during lunch.

Don't forget TONIGHT’S Mr. LHS Talent Show. The competition begins at 7pm. Tickets are only $5.00 at the door. All proceeds go towards the 2019 Connie-a-thon scheduled for August 2019. All contestants are selling tickets TODAY. Their ticket sales do go towards their point total for the competition. Even if you cannot attend, consider donating to this worthy cause.
At the 2019 Upstate 8 Conference Doubles Championship Finals last night, Congratulations to the one-two punch combo Kaitlyn Dobbeck & Visakha Bouachoum winner of 3 matches and placed 5th Overall in the Conference. In addition our dynamic duo Allie Dulabaum & Miranda Gasca placed 7th with 2 wins! Awesome performance from entire squad! Tomorrow, the Royal Smashers of Badminton will Head to West Aurora for the 2019 Upstate 8 Conference Singles Championship Finals. Matches begin at 8am. Come catch the action
