INTRODUCTION
The project SHARE FACILITIES MOVE TALENTS TO TOP is an cooperation plan between two innovative and future orientated organizations: new and young professional basketball club Martini Sparks, which is trying to develop itself in the difficult competition and its mission is to empower women in sport thus by providing opportunity for women in basketball to play in highest possible league and Hanze University of Applied Sciences, which is providing opportunity to young talented people to study differently and use knowledge in action.
The idea of cooperation came because of the 3 current and very basic issues of Martini Sparks: lack of finance, facilities, not enough workforce in case of both professionals and volunteers,
1
THE PROJECT DEFINITION
This project is created on proper and deep analyses of both an internal and external environment of club which provides enough information and realistic view on a current situation.
MISSION OF CLUB
Keijser Capital Martini Spartk wants to be an example and a platform for ambitious girls and women thus strengthen the social and economic position and role of women in northern society (Het Bestuur, 2019).
KCMS stands for basketball at the highest level for women in the Netherlands.
KCMS wants to be socially involved, promote exercise and health among young people, and firmly position basketball as a recreational sport in Haren and its surroundings.
They also want more children to play basketball for example, by organizing a clinics in regional primary and secondary schools (Visiedocument, 2018)
CORE VALUES OF CLUB
INVOLVED AND PROUDMOTIVATED AND AMBITIOUSENERGETIC AND SUSTAINABLEROOTED IN REGIONSURPRISING AND DYNAMICFUN AND PASSION (Visiedocument, 2018)
2
INTERNAL ANALYSISAccording to Mintzbergs organisation types divisions KCMS is the Enterpreneurial Organization, which is characterised by a simple, flat structure. It consists of one large unit with 5 board members (see table 1). The organization is relatively unstructured and informal compared with other types of organization, and the lack of standardized systems allows the organization to be flexible. The entrepreneurial organization is fast and lean, and it's a model that many companies want to copy. However, basketball club Martini Sparks wants to grow, this structure is going to become inadequate as decision-makers can become so overwhelmed that they start making bad decisions (Mind Tools Content Team, 2018).
During my internship creation of the proper structure and giving advice of possible divisions of work, individual tasks, reponsibilities, board meetings and effective way of communication for future are my side tasks.

EXTERNAL ANALYSIS
3
The SWOT analysis helps to evaluate club’s competitive position within the market. With Strength and Weakness analysing the internal situation of the club and Opportunity and Threat the external world, the SWOT analysis play an important role (Grant, 2019).From created SWOT ANALYSIS (see table 2), is visible that Martini Spark has a current problems: new team of not enough experienced young players, not enough winning games, several changes of headcoaches during season, not working structure, not enough workforce, not enough sponsors and financial partners and future accomodation dilemas.
There are strong positive aspects as a powerfull mission, community spirit, good quality coaches, dedicated athletes, enthuisastic board members, the best services in NL provided for woman basketball players and location.
The created SWOT analyse reveled me the opportinity of the cooperation within universities. Together with interviews and meeting I was present on, which was between chairman of club and manager of Hanze Insitute of Sport Studies, opened me door for possible positive change I am capable to deliver in the end of internship – COOPERATION PLAN.

RISK ANALYSIS

no waiting – time = quality
Operational – loss of access to essential assets, or failures in providing facilitiesrisk in percentage: 55%ways to handle it: try to find way it will somehow work, ask about all options
no waiting – time = quality
Technical –technical failure in labs risk in percentage: 20%ways to handle it: reschedule appointment, but do writtings or another meetings
no waiting – time = quality
Financial – expensive cooperationrisk in percentage: 65%ways to handle it: ask about sale, try to find new sponsor, offer something special
no waiting – time = quality
Natural – Weather, natural disastersrisk in percentage: 5%ways to handle it: leave country , go back home, work from home, work on what you can
