Production/Location Recce sheet Production Name: Sent To The Stands Date: 23/03/17 Recce Number 1 Location: Astroturf, Simmons Park, Okehampton Access to location: (how do you get to the location you are filming? Can you get there easily?) The location is in Simmons Park in Okehampton and can be easily accessed by the public through footpaths. I will get there by walking as it is only about 3 minutes away from my house. Power. Does the location have access to power? This location does not have access to power however this is not a problem because we will film during the day and all our equipment is powered by batteries. Noise. Is the location too noisy? The location is outdoors and is used by the public so it may be a little bit noisy at times. However, this background noise will suit the scene and also I will use a shotgun microphone so the noise won’t be picked up clearly if it is behind the microphone. Are you allowed to film there? Do you need permission? Permission is not required as the property is available to the public. Anyone can use the Astroturf when it is not booked and filming is permitted. Is it suitable for the shoot? The location is suitable for the shoot as it has football goals and other elements that are appropriate for my shoot. Inside or outside? Will the weather affect the shoot? The location is outdoors so I will regularly check the weather before filming and pick a sunny day so that we can film without any problems
