1 - Login

2 - Shop Feed Flow

1. User will log in and enter into home page.2. Click on the build-> shop feed 3. Enter a name for your shop Feed and click on the create code button.4. An Embedded code will be generated & user can copy the embed code and paste on their

personal blog. Initially it will be blank. A Blank shop Feed is created.

5. To add products to the shop. User will click on build -> add to your shop. From this screen user can add products from List or GESD Catalog. Two steps need to be followed here:

a) User will select products that need to be added.

b) Once the user selects the products. Now he need to select the shop in which he wants product to be added. A list of shop will be available which he might have created previously and from that list he can select into which shop product need to be added.

6. Only one confirmation required after adding product to shop feed.we need to add one confirmation button after choosing feed.second confirmation message that product added to shop is for what? - Top confirmation pop-up. Button called confirm below Shop feed.

7. One blogger/user can create how many shop feeds? – no restrictions8. Manually copy paste will work on website - OK9. On the shop feeds detail page when blogger clicks on the product then it will get checked and on

double click it will get unchecked/deselected - OK10. On the 5th page of shop_feed PDF the list and share icon is provided . Is that really required? –

Not reqd.11. On the 7th page of shop feed PDF step 2 should be added to right section if user wants to select

specific feed. - Ok

3 - List

1) There will be a search text box next to ‘My lists’. The text inside should read ‘Search my Lists’. This will search only list names.

2) Why two list icons are provided on product catalog page one is one product and second is in monetize section – no list icon and no hover functionality.

3) Need VD for renaming ,deleting ,search (product and list)options for my wish list – flows from client.

4) Need create new wish list flow screens from pop-up and from button given on hover. - Correct

4 - Trip

1) New Requirementso Creating Trips from listo Click on list redirects blogger to specific list pageo 4 new buttons on specific list page

Trip Carousel Map Add to shop

o Create Trip functionality moved to right section of new page Caption is new field Hashtags is new field – Refined list of Hashtags will be given by the client. But

for now, keep the ones that are shown. User can also add his hashtags in the textbox above.

Specific Trip page is completely changed2) Gaps

o There is no my trips page – VD is expected from cliento Where is rename trip functionality? - VD is expected from cliento Where is delete my trip functionality? - VD is expected from cliento Where to show trip performance? VD is expected from client

As per Robyn, keep step 6 on separate page to avoid missing the step by blogger.5) On the 5th page , why Map is there? – Left section should have the map checkbox. User can

decide whether to show map with trip or no by selecting or deselecting the checkbox. Map will have the pins for all the products in trip. It will be read-only. User cannot edit the map.

6) On the 9th page again map is given – Same as above map point.

7) For sharing the trip options, only on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter will be allowed. The second line below these options can be removed.

5 - Carousel

1) New Requirementso Blogger clicks on any list from my list pageo He’ll be redirected to specific list pageo Blogger clicks on carousel button and selects one option (list/gesd catalog)o Blogger will be redirected to products page (list/gesd catalog)o Blogger has to select the products from the list of products and clicks on next buttono He’ll be redirected to preview widget page

o Build Widget page Selection Summary section to be removed. Information section is there - Yes We have removed ‘sharing whole widget on social media (all the products to be

shared one by one in one go)’ and added ‘individual product sharing’. In VD both functionality is there. – Both functionalities are a part of the scope.

6 - MAP

Page 1:

Show all Wish lists with Pagination. User can hover on each wish list. When User hovers on any wish list then “Edit” button should be visible.

Use can click on any wish list and will go to its product page.

Page 2:

Clicking on any wish list User can see all products inside that Wish list. On wish list’s product listing page, User will click on Map button which will open drop down and

User will be able to choose one option to build MAP from current product list or GESD Catalog

Page 3:

Query 1: If there are multiple wish list created by User then will there be a scroll bar for that list? – Yes there will be a scroll bar. Lists will be arranged recent one first. If a user builds a trip/map, etc via a specific list, then that list will be highlighted by default and the scroll will be there automatically.

User can select products from wish list’s products or “Select All”. – Select all select only the products on that page and not all products in the list.

Query: When should we save the Map widget? There is no Save button here or if the User comes to this page the widget will be saved in backend. – previous page has ‘Next’ button. Please consider that as Save trigger.

7 - Publisher Pages

1) First Screen is all about how widget will look on bloggers site.2) Second screen how shop feed will look on bloggers site. – Sample UI. How the exact screen

will look will depend on how and where blogger copies the code generated on GESD Post platform

3) Third Screen- how trip will be visible on publisher blog. - Sample UI. How the exact screen will look will depend on how and where blogger copies the code generated on GESD Post platform

4) Once a Trip on a Trip feed is clicked on, the Widget Frame appears. User can scroll through the Publisher’s other trips with arrows. – Yes. When user clicks on next or prev arrows, next and previous trips in detailed form should open. This page will also have share buttons, FB, Tw and Pin. These should be below the image and caption on left hand side.

5) Can we have restrictions on number of trips, shop feeds so that it will get published on blogger website. – No restrictions.

6) We are providing scroll bar if more products are added to the shop. – Okay. Page can have a scroll. But Cybage team will have to make sure the iframe should not have a specific height. It should be adjusted based on the products added.

8 - Product List official

1) When the user click on the particular product for the change photo, upload photo Image will be open. So which area or side the upload photo image should be displayed. – No change photo functionality on product catalog page.

- Link widget flow will be as per old VDs. Link widget will be shared on Facebook, Pin and Tw

- In the above image, when user clicks on + icon and selects either trip, list, shop, carousel or map then a pop-up should be displayed with existing list of all options. User can single select or multi-select from the list where he wants to add that specific product.

2) Product Icon Difference? What will be the final way of showing the product - First option

- Change photo link on hover will be possible only on trip, list, shop and carousel widget. It can be removed from the Product catalog page. If the same product is on shop and trip (for example) and if user uploads 2 different photos at these two different places, then respective photos should be saved at respective locations. When user clicks on Change photo, a pop-up will open to add photo from machine.

- For upload WF, upload will be used for uploading any photo, video or 360 panorama. This functionality for now will not be given to the user. We can keep this for future discussions.

11 - Assistance Booking Flow

1) Hotel Details will be visible to the user along with the room details will be visible to the user on the basis of today’s date , adult ,room and child count will be 1 by default and the room details will be visible on this search criteria by default.(Query) – In vd two room details are visible by default. When we get the data of room details we get approx. 6-7 rooms but if we show them in one go, left section will become all blank and height of page will be increased too much. – Scroll after 2 rooms – Yes scroll can be allowed in the inner section

2) Can we have today’s check in and tomorrows check out date? – Yes. by default the search results will appear for today and tomorrow check in and check out dates.

3) Logo of hotels – Racheal Neal has confirmed that DerbySoft stores the hotel logo. Cybage team will get in touch with DS to get the reqd. details.

4) Promo Code – DS accepts Promo Codes and gives out modified rates for hotel rooms. Cybage team needs to get in touch with DS to get the reqd. information.

5) Here on modify search button user can modify the search criteria. - Yes6) Once the user clicks on book Now button, he will be redirected to the next page asking for the

customer details. But again in this form they have added travel Interest and About me section , we don’t have anything of this sort that can be send at the time of booking. – The content can change based on relevance. The data was sample data to indicate of how different form controls would look like.Important Information about your booking? (query). – Content can be taken from client

7) Once the user fills all the details and click on confirm booking. He will be redirected to the booking confirmation page.Recommended products are coming from where ?do we have alternate products concepts as well. – These are the remaining products from trip/map/shop, etc. If the product is an individual product then, GESD Post recommendations based on geolocation. For more info. Please read overview word doc shared by client.

8) On the 7th screen: on which click all things travel page will come – This is the trip details page on blogger’s website.

9) (query).describe the whole All things travel footer?functionality? – Client will give the revised footer detailsFor Subscribe functionality, we assume we have to store end user’s email addresses. Also, the marketing content will be sent outside the system. It will not be a part of GESD Post.

10) Do we need card details in payment details on booking confirmation page? – Card details cannot be displayed as we do not store that information

11) We don’t have my products section in menu then from where we can add alternate products? – Not reqd.

12) Multiple rooms availability from derbysoft? - Yes. this should be possible.

Homepage

Client has requested if content on homepage can be handled by client completely. Something like Wordpress and Squarespace. Team to analyze this and get back to the client.

Dynamic labels should be possible as well.Solution: UI Screen would be provided for the admin/ property file change etc. Team to provide details for all different options.

Below sections VD’s are not there

1) Share link widget flow screens are pending – Follow old version2) Admin screen for user-management and product catalog page – Team to share screenshots of few

screens that are already implemented. Robyn will let us know whether redesign is needed or team can continue with existing screens.

3) Announcements4) What kind of announcements? VD would help – Announcement would be like promos from

products, videos, images, short blogs, etc. Team to check and get back to Robyn.5) Admin should have a screen to add/update/delete: Help content – Client will provide the VDs for the

same.6) Admin should have a screen to add/update/delete: FAQ content - Client will provide the VDs for the

same.7) Admin should have a screen to upload/delete videos – Not reqd. for now.8) Filters should be present to filter the list of bloggers to whom announcements will be sent. Filters

could be based on geography, based on earnings, based on products or all bloggers – Good to have feature1) View details page on product catalog page and on what point it will open(PC,WS,TRIP) – View

details page will be sent by Robyn. We need to show this page everywhere the product appears. Check box will be blank by default and user can click on the box to select it.

2) Upload menu flow is not there in VD – Same as above upload comment.3) Home page with grid option screen required in VD – same as above4) What is the flow for 5 times login for any user/blogger? – He will see homepage for first 5 times.

After that he will see announcements page.5) Which options should be there in brand section on product catalog page? – Brand section will be

a part of left section. Price range/price to ask DS if they can provide.6) What is the connection in between sort and brand? – No connection. Brand will move to left7) Vd’s for submenus on my widgets, My feeds, Reports? – Client will provide the VDs

Feed

1. Difference of Shop & trip Feed

2. Trip Feed and Trip ==> Difference – Trips are a part of trip feed.

Shop Feed and Add to your shop ==> Difference – Shop feed will create a new shop feed where we can generate code. Add to your shop allows user to add products to his existing shops

Is there any page on FET which will show all list of shop feed and trip feeds? – There will be a list. We have requested for VDs for the same.

After rendering Trip, if blogger deletes any products/trip then that will be not updated on bloggers website?

- If a product is deleted then that will not be visible to end user on blogger’s website.- However, it user deletes a trip from GESD Post, end user will get a broken link when he tries to

access that page. It will be upto blogger to delete that page/tab/section from his website to prevent any broken links.

General:

Team to check feasibility to create QR codes and let the user copy and share it.

Mobile :

1. My trip ==> monthly filtered result

2. GA integration with trip ==> each trip should show clicks, impressions etc.

3. Sharing trip directly without converting to widget, on social media ==> need to confirm
