The teacher will sing the song old Mac Donald which is modified in a small way. The children will follow. The song is as follows

Old Mac Donald had a farm

Tra la la la la

And on his farm he had a dog

Tra la la la la

With a bow wow here with a bow wow there

Here a bow there a bow everywhere a bow wow

.Verse 2: - Cat _ meow meow

Verse 3 _ Pig oink oink

Verse 4 _ Wolf aoooooo! Aoooooo!

While listening: The teacher with three students will dramatize the lesson. The rest of the class will be given paper ribbons / streamers

Whenever the teacher says the word pig, pigs or wolf the children will wave

the ribbons. The words are little ,pigs ,house, straw, sticks ,bricks,

wolf ,big ,bad, huff, puff ,blow, clever ,tired, happy.

After this a video of the three little pigs will be shown to the children

A Reading Game will follow .The teacher will put a little pig and the wolf in

the circled area. She will read out the placards of the words listed above

which will have pictures on it.

When each child picks a card he should try to read and understand the

picture. And then go and stand behind the animal which the word was meant

for.
