Transform Your Topic Minecraft Workshop:During this workshop, we will be working with your pupils and teachers, within this session we will be help develop your own engaging Minecraft projects to match your topic. Our past workshops have included – The Wonderful World of Roald Dahl to celebrate the well-loved author's 100th birthday. We asked pupils to build one of Roald Dahls famous settings to develop their reading skills and then to create their own Roald Dahl inspired settings. We have also worked with schools to develop World War Two and World War One Projects.

HWB Workshop:Within this session our digital leaders will work with your pupils/teachers to help them with their understanding of HWB and how to use it, this is because HWB has many different packages such as Word Online, Excel, Sway, OneNote and many more cool tools. The perfect way to help your pupils with digital learning.

Minecraft Numeracy Workshop:In this workshop, your school pupils will get a better understanding of numeracy and problem-solving skills while still enjoying using Minecraft. We provide the problem – so you won't need to worry about planning! We have designed problems in lots of areas: area, perimeter, profit, and loss. Teachers do not worry – they are very challenging.

We also hold teacher training sessions in our school.

We have developed problems for pupils from Year 1 -6.

Sample lesson plan:

WALT: Solve area and perimeter problems using Minecraft George is a gardener. He has been asked to design a lawn. The area of the garden should be 120 m². Draw a table to show the number of ways you could make an area of 120 m².

Next George needs to dig the garden. Choose one way from your table and dig an area of 120 m² and record it below.

Build a fence around the perimeter of your garden. What is the perimeter of your garden?

George has a budget of £250 to spend on plants and flowers. Using the table, select flowers for George’s garden. Calculate the total amount you spent on flowers and plant them in the garden.

Digital Leader Training:In this workshop, we will help you develop your own digital leaders to their full potential. We will help them develop a vision and rolls within their digital leader council. We also offer training to help your digital leaders lead their own workshops using Minecraft, Coding, HWB, OneNote, Sway and lots of other software.

Coding Workshop:In this workshop, we offer a range of fun ways to get your pupils interested in coding. If it’s your first time, why not try the Minecraft Hour of Code resources. We offer an introduction to Microbit training and our most recent workshop focuses on the excellent Code Builder app within Minecraft Education Edition.

This is a fun way to develop your confidence with coding and develop your pupils’ digital skills.
