Aim This session is intended to give you the tools to confidently manage the analysis of your qualitative data. Qualitative data takes many forms from comments and open responses to a survey questionnaire through to in depth, narrative interview or focus group transcripts. This workshop will provide you with practical introductory guidance in managing and analysing qualitative data using QSR NVivo. The learning objectives of this workshop are to give each participant an understanding and experience to undertake a basic research analysis using QSR NVivo as a qualitative data management and analysis tool. This is a hands-on workshop and sample interview transcripts will be provided. Teaching Method Presentation, lecture, demonstration, hands-on exercises, question and answer sessions, discussions.

Workshop Fees for External ParticipantsFor external participants there is a fee of $200 (including GST) for this half day workshop. Fees include extensive course material, data sets, lectures, use of computing facilities and opportunity to network with fellow researchers.
