LED 2.6 Peer Review
Can you tell me one advantage of the process of peer review for both the reviewer and the reviewee?
Ans. Peer review is a very useful process for both the reviewer and the reviewee. The reviewer gets to know the thought process and also helps to remove any misunderstanding of the reviewee by writing comments on it.

This process helps the reviewee to correct any mistakes in understanding and also to improve or upgrade the work done by him/her.
By doing peer review a lot of burden is removed from the head of the facilitator.
