Scheduling

Check in/out Procedures1. Create Integrated lesson plan

2. Schedule lab (online or in media center for carts)3. File student seating chart (one time only)

4. Boot up computer properly (first user)

5. Note ANY technical problems on “My Lab Visit” sheet (contact ICTS/copy ticket#/Fridays)*

6. Close all applications when leaving7. Leave chairs in place8. Remove all trash, books, etc., when departing9. Close door & leave “My Lab Visit” sheet on

desk10. Last user of the day, close all applications and

turn off computers11. Lab check every Fridays
