• All Cases can be read/updated using a JSON representation (making it easy to consume from any language, including browser-based JS)
• Object representation customized using Adapters
• Content Automation: high-level API to define business logic by assembling Operations
• An Operation is a unit of business logic doing some work (fetch document, change property, snapshot, move, etc.)
