MISSION 1: ITALY IN GENERAL

The policy of Italy bases on a republican system parlamentarist with representative democracy.

Italy is divided in 20 administrative regions divided in provinces and these in turn in municipalities or communes. Of twenty regions, five (Aosta's Valley, Friuli-Venice Julia, Sicily, Sardinia and Trentino-high place Adigio) have a special status in reason of his geographical, cultural or social nature. Other they surrender to a common statute of administration.
