Glamour Group offers quality building method and installation services at its best. The purpose of this procedure is to define the quality assurance and control of the activities or projects during the work stages, assign responsibilities, and to provide guidance to all the parties to implement the quality control and quality assurance requirements.This process for design projects is to also provide a mechanism by which all construction plans can be sub-ject to a systematic and consistent review. The outcome of the review should create a set of quality project plans, which should be substantially error free.It is also the successful execution of a realistic plan to ensure that the required standards of quality con-struction will be met. Quality Assurance at site should be achieved and maintained. Health and Safety Plan

EMERGENCY PROCEDURESIn case of an emergency on site the following procedures should be instituted at each site: 1. A preferred method for reporting emergencies.2. Method of communication should be determined at each site, telephone, radio, etc. 3. Emergency telephone numbers should be posted: a. Police b. Fire c. Medical Response Team 4. Post near communication station the address of your site. 5. Post names of first aid responders on site. 6. Designate person to direct emergency crews to site of emergency. 7. Rescue and medical duties for any workers designated to perform them.8. Instruction to each employee if known harmful plants, reptiles, animals, or insects, are present regard-ing all of the following: a. The potential hazards. b. How to avoid injury. c. Applicable first aid procedures to be used in the event of injury9. Instructions for personnel, who remain to perform or shut down critical plant operations, operate emergency equipment or perform other essential services.10. Evacuation procedures including arrangements for assisting any hearing, vision or mobility-impaired people.

Risk Management Plan

Having undertaken the risk analysis and evaluation described in the previous chapter this leads the project or risk manager to now look at risk mitigation by taking appropriate actions to achieve the project’s objec-tives through revision to the project’s schedule, budget, scope or quality. Risk management should therefore be regarded as an integral part of project management and not as an additional extra.
