What you need to know: • Beverages will be add on • Basic lighting: evening outdoor functions require basic lighting, the Hotel will provide pricing based on requirements. • All the events must end at 10:00 p.m., events after 10:00 p.m. will have an additional cost of US$10.00 per person per hour. • External events with music must be completely off at 10:00 p.m. If necessary to continue after 10:00 p.m. event must be moved to a meeting room and charges for set up, service and bar will apply.
