*The Farm at South Mountain holds a beer and wine license to serve. When requesting full open bar on property, The Farm is required to apply for an extension of premise through the City of Phoenix. Additional fee does apply. Our legal responsibility
requires us to request proof of age for anyone who appears to be under the age of 30 and wishes to consume alcoholic beverages. We highly recommend that all guests who fall into the above category bring valid identification the day of the event. The Farm reserves the right to discontinue service of alcohol to any guest(s) considered to be intoxicated. The Farm reserves the right to
discontinue bar service before end of contracted function time. “Shots” of alcohol will not be served at any bar at any time.

You are welcome to bring in any vendors that
are not included in your package: officiants,
photographers, videographers, and photo
booths are welcome!
How many events can The Farm host at a time?
The Farm can host two weddings on the
property at a time. The two venues are
completely independent of one another,
including parking. With over 10 acres at
The Farm and security during events, we work
hard to ensure each event has its own privacy
and exclusivity.
When do the pecan trees lose their leaves?
The pecan tree leaves tend to fall mid to late
December each year, and bloom in early to mid
April. These dates are estimates of course—
Mother Nature runs on her own schedule!
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Our liquor license at The Farm does require
that we handle all bar services, including the
purchasing and distribution of alcohol. We do
have a wide variety of beer, wine, and liquor
for you to select from!
How long do I have the venue for?
We allow you to arrive on-site 2.5 hours before
the official start time for your wedding. The
event is required to end at 10:00 pm, and you
are given up to two hours after the event for
décor breakdown.
Can we extend our reception past 10 pm?
We have an amazing relationship with our
surrounding neighbors here at The Farm, and
we do insist on honoring our residential sound
restrictions beginning at 10:00pm. This does
mean the events must end at 10:00 pm,
including music and bar services.

I love The Farm! What is required to book my date?
To reserve your date here at The Farm,
we require a signed contract, as well as a
nonrefundable venue deposit. This deposit goes
directly towards your final balance, and we will
work with you to create a payment plan leading
up to your final payment deadline one week prior
to you wedding date.
Do you have a room where we can get ready?
Yes! We invite you to use our bridal lounge
(one at each venue) to dress, add final touches,
and relax before you walk down the aisle! You
are more than welcome to enter the bridal
lounge up to 2.5 hours before your ceremony.

FULL-SERVICE STAFFTo bring our award-winning, fine dining experience to your location, highly trained and smiling event managers, chefs, servers, bussers and bartenders will be scheduled to set up, execute, and breakdown your event.
Depending on the complexity, duration, and style of service, staffing fees will typically range between $9 to $15 per guest.
TABLEWAREDisposable Plates & Utensils: Environmentally friendly, sleek, and sustainable! Our disposable options are available in a wide variety of styles and are the perfect match for a casual event. Prices range from $2.50 to $6.50 per guest and are customized based on the needs of your event.
China, Flatware & Glassware: Want to upgrade your event look? We have you covered! China packages are available in a wide variety of styles and patterns. Prices range from $5 to $12 per guest and are customized based on the needs of your event.
SALES TAXAn 8.1% tax will be added to your subtotal in accordance with state law.
PRODUCTION FEEA 22% fee will be added to the food, beverage and labor cost to cover the large team of people who work behind the scenes to create your event. This team includes: • Event planners and administrative
staff curating your event details
• The chefs that order the food, prep at our kitchen, and cook on-site at the event
Additional Full-Service Catering Details
• The operations department that loads, unloads, cleans, and repairs equipment
• The staffing team that trains, staffs and plans the shifts for each event
• Other costs associated with going the extra mile for you and your guests
CATERING EQUIPMENT FEEThe Catering Equipment Fee encompasses a wide range of equipment such as ovens, trucks, utensils and services needed to prepare, create, and serve restaurant quality food on-site at your event. Included is removal and disposal of trash and handling of recyclables.
This required fee is $3 per guest, minimum charge of 100 guests.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUMSMinimums apply and are contingent on seasonal dates.
