We have one-site fee that includes the following venues and services:
- Teewinot Conference Room & Dressing Room - Teewinot Lawn Ceremony Site- Teewinot Deck Cocktail Hour Location- Aspen Meadow Pavilion Reception - Event manager with day of assistance- Complimentary menu tasting with our event manager and chef
The site fee depends on which day of the week your event is scheduled for:$5,000 for Saturdays$4,000 for Fridays & Sundays$3,000 for Monday – Thursdays

ERA WELCOME RECEPTION OR REHEARSAL DINNER
A family-friendly, mountain-casual atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating; ideal for welcoming all your guests. You have the option to host yard games or have a cash bar, both popular ways to kick off the festivities.
The menu features authentic Rocky Mountain fare with fresh, local ingredients and Wyoming-raised beef from Durham Ranch. An expansive wine list is available with selections to complement a range of foods. The full bar serves liquor, local micro brews on tap, specialty cocktails, and wines by the glass.
$300 Site Fee + Food Order
TEEWINOT LAWNCeremonies are held on the lawn located next to the Teewinot deck, above the Aspen Meadow Pavilion. Featuring Peaked mountain as a back drop, the lawn is surrounded by groves of aspens and wildflowers. Site includes wedding arbor/arch, chairs, and a PA system.
We offer two backup ceremony site options in the case of unexpected, incliment weather. See FAQs for more information.

ASPEN MEADOWS PAVILION
Our spacious 40’ x 100’ Aspen Meadows Pavilion creates an ambiance of being outside in the mountains while allowing an intimate environment to be shared by your guests on your special day. Located just steps from our mountain lodging, the reception site is perfect for guests staying here at the resort. The reception site comes complete with dance floor, stage, lights, restrooms, tables, chairs, linens, and table wares as needed to execute your event. S’mores anyone? There is also a fit pit for your enjoyment!

Lodging
Grand Targhee offers 20% off lodging for wedding guests in the Teewinot Lodge, Sioux Lodge, Townhomes, Condos & Vacation Homes. A discounted group reservation block comes as part of your event contract. There is no responsibility held to the couple and lodging blocks are released 90 days prior to the event.
A discounted group reservation block is required during peak seasons.

Airport transportation is available for guests at either the Jackson Hole Airport or the Idaho Falls Airport. Guests can make their transportation reservations online or via our reservations department.

Private Yoga
Start the “Best Day Ever” energized with an open mind and calm spirit. Focus on attitude and alignment through movement and breath. Our instructor will help you clear your mind and tune into the heart beat through dynamic flows and restorative positions. The practice will prepare you for an action-packed celebration. This class for all levels of students with accommodations offered.

Summit Yoga
An early morning hike up to the summit of Fred’s Mountain on the Bannock Trail, 3.2 miles. Meander through aspen groves and overlook the Jedediah Smith Wilderness and Northern Teton Range. At the summit, take deep breaths and enjoy the vista while practicing yoga focused on centering the mind through a graceful flow. Take the scenic chair lift down for final moments of calm and beautiful scenery. All levels welcome.

FAQs:Is brunch available on our departure day?
A: Morning after brunch is a great way to keep the celebration going and say goodbye before guests head out of town. Our brunches are usually casual, giving guests a range of times to stop by (8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., for example). Guests can pop in once they’re up and packed, and grab a little something to eat before they head home. This gives you a few more hours surrounded by those closest to you. All elements are able to be customized to fit your needs! Let’s discuss what you two are picturing...
What will the weather be like on our wedding date?
A: June is great for snowcapped peaks. July and August are ideal for wildflowers. September provides fall colors. In case of inclement weather, there is always the option of a “delay of game”. Mountain weather tends to move quickly and there is the option to delay the ceremony while weather passes. If you do decide to move the ceremony location, we offer the Aspen Meadow Pavilion as it would already be decorated and looking sharp.
Can we go up the lift for views of the Tetons?
A: Lift tickets included in the package are for the couple and the bridal party. If you would like to purchase additional tickets for the group, we provide discounted group rates. Going to the summit for photographs will be worked out as part of your timeline with the event manager and your photographer. FR

SHow should we budget for the bar?
A: We recommend budgeting two drinks per person, knowing that some will drink more or less. We charge based on consumption, have multiple bar tiers (well, middle, and top shelf) and can run the bar payments however you would like (cash vs open, beer vs wine etc …)
Does Grand Targhee Resort have décor we can use?
A: We have limited décor on hand that will accent your own theme and decorations. Grand Targhee Resort’s items include burlap runners, mason jars, chalk boards, signs, wood stump pieces,and more. Our event manager will send you the current list once we begin to work together.
Can we open the tent flaps in the Pavilion?
A: The Aspen Meadow Pavilion tent flaps open with two main entrances. The main entrance is on the West side near the fire pit and bar while the second is on the North side which is more of service entrance. All of the tied flaps on the sides of the tent are able to be opened upon request. The mountains nights get cool and we provide standing heaters for the evenings if needed. This is something that can be discussed as your event draws closer!
