Cornerstone Gardens is an ever-changing series of walk-

through gardens, showcasing new and innovative designs

from the world's flnest landscape architects and

designers. Inspired by the International Garden Festival

at Chaumont-sur-Loire in France, Cornerstone Gardens

aims to create a cultural and creative haven, celebrating

the connection between art, architecture and nature.

The gardens contribute to the art, philosophy and future

of garden design; establishing or uncovering new

directions in garden design and art.

RAMEKINS Executive Chefs will design the perfect, seasonal menu for

your even, demonstrating our creative style and showcasing the best

of our region. We believe in the marriage of excellent food and

outstanding service. Let our experienced staff work with you to make

your celebration everything you dreamed.

WEDDING PLANN ER

To ensure the success of our events, Cornerstone requires a wedding

planner, minimum 30 days from your wedding day. We are happy to

present our list of recommended vendors. Any planner chosen that is

not on our list must be a licensed professional, and submit a copy of

the business license and liability insurance.

M USIC

As delegated by the county of Sonoma, amplifled music is allowed

outdoors until 10pm and indoors in the Garden Barn until 11pm on

Fridays & Saturdays. On Sunday — Thursday events, the curfew is

10pm. All events are allotted 6 hours of event time and additional hours

may be purchased at $500 per hour.

Event Spaces

The Vineyard Lawn Adjacent to the gardens, and bordered by

Pinot Noir vineyards to the east, this

private location features a re‡ecting

pond that stretches the length of the

lawn. With water lilies blooming April —

October, this is a favorite space for large

events and easily transforms into a

breathtaking open-air dining venue.

The Garden Barn Situated at the center of the gardens

and surrounded by a large expanse of

lawn. The Garden Barn features large

double sliding doors that open on all

sides, offering a panoramic view of the

gardens and the surrounding hills, an

elegant flrepit with seating, and lighting

and heating inside.

The Wedding Garden A profusion of white roses, silver olive

trees, and stunning perennials ring this

lush, private walled location which

also incorporates a half acre of lawn. The

Wedding Garden includes a custom

designed, 50-foot round Zephyr tent with

removable clear walls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Six hours of event time not including set-up or break-down.

Set up by your vendors can begin at 11am the day of your

wedding. Exclusive use of the barn, tent, vineyard lawn and

exhibit gardens. Six propane heaters and tent sides.

One hour for your rehearsal the day prior to your wedding.

Each client is able to customize their wedding at Cornerstone

through rentals. All rental orders will be ordered and managed by

either Ramekins Catering or your wedding planner.

Cornerstone provides all event clients with a complete preferred

vendor list. To ensure the quality of your event, we highly recom-

mend working with vendors on this list.

You may place a hold on a date once you have toured the property.

If you wish to proceed with your reservation, 40% of the total

estimated value of your event is due upon contract signing, with

the remainder due per the following payment schedule: 30% due

at 150 days prior to event, and finally, 30% due 14 days prior to

your event.

Tax

is included in the site fee. Cornerstone additionally requires a

$750 refundable security deposit 30 days prior to the wedding as

well as general liability insurance and host liquor liability

insurance.
