Surrounded by the Sierra Nevada mountains, Wolf Run Golf Club provides one of the most unique backdrops and beautiful views of Reno, which are
perfect for your Wedding photos. Our beautiful, natural outdoor Ceremony locations and lighted pavilion can accommodate up to 300 guests.
With its world renowned views and trickling streams, Lakeridge Golf Course is one of the most scenic Wedding venues found in Nevada. Following the
Ceremony of your dreams and romantic photos on the famous 15th Hole, our exceptional staff will host your incredible Wedding reception that caps your perfect day. Looking over Reno, our 19th Hole Banquet venue and beautiful
outdoor Ceremony locations can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Like Wolf Run Golf Club, Dayton Valley Golf Club is also surrounded by the sensational Sierra Nevada mountains. Have your Ceremony on our outdoor
patio that overlooks the lakes of Hole #18. Our grand indoor Sierra Room can accommodate up to 180 guests.

any special tastes as well as budgets.

9 - 12 MONTHS BEFORE
• Set a budget and determine how costs will be divided • Select a date and reserve Lakeridge Golf Course, Wolf Run Golf Club or Dayton Valley Golf Club • Start the guests list to get your best cost estimate • Find an officiant • Select your wedding party • Book a florist, photographer and DJ or band
6 - 9 MONTHS BEFORE
• Discuss menu options and schedule tasting date with Coordinator and Catering staff at selected DGM property • Choose bridesmaids’ attire • Register for gifts • Start planning your honeymoon • Select and order a bridal gown • Create a wedding website • Arrange transportation, if needed
4 - 6 MONTHS BEFORE • Finalize guest list • Send save-the-date announcements • Reserve any rental items needed for ceremony/reception • Shop for wedding invitations • Finalize a date, time and location for rehearsal dinner • Choose ceremony readings and reach out to readers • Arrange room blocks at hotels for out-of-town guests • Meet with your officiant
2 - 4 MONTHS BEFORE
• Mail invitations • Shop for your wedding rings • Order wedding cake • Obtain marriage license after 90 day mark • Find your hair and makeup artist and make your day-of and trial run appointments • Purchase favors and gifts for welcome baskets
6 - 8 WEEKS BEFORE
• Send rehearsal-dinner invitations • Reserve tuxedos for groomsmen • Have food tasting to finalize the menu
2 - 6 WEEKS BEFORE • Sprint seating cards and programs • Create seating plan and wedding-weekend timeline • Have your final dress fitting • Write vows • Finalize all details and confirm with vendors, i.e. image list to photographer, playlists for DJ
1 WEEK BEFORE
• Expect lots of last-minute things to come up, so try not to save anything that could have been finished sooner • Give vendors the contact information for your DGM Wedding Coordinator to confirm arrival times with vendors • Follow up with any guests who haven’t RSVP’d • Give final guest count to Wedding Coordinator
