The campaign promotes their valuable member discount from General Motors as well as their great auto loan rates to their credit union's pre-approved members.

CU Solutions Group will work with them to send co-branded HTML emails directly to their pre-approved members on their credit union’s behalf.

• Marketing materials are being updated to compliment the look of the Love My Credit Union website

• Materials will be launched and available for credit unions to use based on the Invest in America marketing calendar:

• Agreements will be simplified to one level of support - Participation– Certified letters sent to 340 credit unions with anniversaries in 1st and 2nd quarters– Letters will be sent by Aug. 15th to 75 participating credit unions who have

agreement anniversaries in 3rd quarter 2011– 3rd quarter anniversary credit unions will be paid through September 30, 2011– The remaining credit unions will receive notice at least 30 days prior to their

anniversary date and be paid through the quarter of their endorsement anniversary date

• Leagues will receive a copy of the letter and a list of affected credit unions in their state

• Going forward incentive dollars will be put back into national marketing efforts for more effective use of funds

• Sprint agreements are not affected• League agreements are not affected

• Necessary due to marketplace competition trying to duplicate the Sprint program

• To keep the Sprint program viable and share incentives fairly among credit unions, agreements will be adjusted to include two tiers of incentives:

– Exclusive -100%– Non-exclusive - 50%

• All other marketing requirements remain intact

• CUs with agreements dated January 1, 2011 or later have received a new agreement – Their original start date will not change

• Existing CUs as of December 31, 2010 will receive a letter of explanation, addendum and insert order form

– Addendum effective with the new contract year beginning October 2011

• The LSCU developed a large sign using actual Exclusive Sprint Credit Union Agreement

• The sign was displayed at their annual meeting
