The Rams snapped a 10-game losing streak to Seattle with a 20-3 victo-
ry over the Seahawks in Week 4. The three points scored by the
Seahawks was the fewest points allowed by St. Louis since a 20-0 win at
Oakland (12/17/06).
RB Steven Jackson rushed for 70 yards to give him 6,991 on his career
and push him past Marshall Faulk (6,959) into second place on the Rams
all-time rushing list. Jackson also caught three passes for 54 yards to give
him 124 total yards on the day.
WR Danny Amendola tied for the team lead with five receptions (46
yards). The Rams held Seattle to just 64 yards rushing on 24 carries (2.7
avg.) and gave up a season-low 257 total yards to the Seahawks. QB
Sam Bradford passed for 289 yards on 23-of-41 passing. He also tossed
two touchdown passes.
A week after limiting Washington to just 1-of-10 on third down, St. Louis
allowed Seattle to convert on just 4-of-15 on third down Sunday. The
Seahawks were 0-for-6 on third down in the second half and gained just
83 total yards in the final two quarters. DE James Hall recorded two sacks,
his third consecutive game with at least one sack. DE George Selvie and
DE Chris Long shared a sack in the fourth quarter. The half sack was
Selvies first sack of his career and Longs first of the season.
The Rams forced two turnovers (one interception, one fumble recovery)
to give them 10 takeaways on the season. St. Louis forced Seattle to set-
tle for a field goal on their only possession inside the Rams20 yard line.
WR Brandon Gibson scored his first touchdown of the season and sec-
ond of his career when he hauled in a 15-yard touchdown pass from
Bradford that gave the Rams a 7-0 lead midway through the first quarter.
LB David Vobora recorded his first-career sack when he dropped Matt
Hasselbeck for a 7-yard loss in the second quarter. CB Bradley Fletcher
intercepted a pass for the second-consecutive week when he snared a
Hasselback throw that was tipped by DE Eugene Sims. Fletcher returned
the ball 26 yards to the Seattle 3-yard line.
Late in the second half, Seattle faked a field goal attempt that was snuffed
out by CB Kevin Dockery, who dropped holder Jon Ryan for a 9-yard loss.On St. Louisensuing drive, the Rams extended their lead to 10-3 with a
30-yard Josh Brown field goal to end the half. RB Kenneth Darby found
the end zone for the second time in as many weeks as he caught a 21-
yard touchdown pass from Bradford on the Rams first possesion in the
third quarter. It was Darbys first touchdown reception of his career. The
score was set up by Jacksons 49-yard catch and run on a screen pass.

LB James Laurinaitis led all NFL rookie linebackers in tackles in 2009,
and hes again at the top of the charts among Rams this season. The
second-year pro leads St. Louis with 119 stops this season and is the
first Ram since Pisa Tinoisoma to record 100 tackles in each of his first
two seasons.
Laurinaitis rarely comes off the field, and his ability to help in the pass-
ing game has been a huge asset for the Rams. The former Ohio State
Buckeye has seven passes defensed, one interception and three
sacks on the year. Among Rams, only starting cornerbacks Ron Bartell
(13) and Bradley Fletcher (12) have more pass breakups.
On Denvers final drive in Week 12, the Broncos targeted TE Daniel
Graham deep down the field, but Laurinaitis got a hand in and knocked
the ball loose to help preserve the victory.
MAN IN THE MIDDLE
In June, Rams S Oshiomogho O.J.Atogwe signed a long-term extension withthe Rams that will keep him in St. Louis forthe foreseeable future. That deal camebecause hes shown a knack for makingbig plays in his career.
Since becoming a full-time starter in 2006,S Oshiomogho Atogwe has 43 combinedforced fumbles and interceptions (22forced fumbles, 21 interceptions), most in
the NFL during that time.
Atogwe has 22 career interceptions and 21since the start of 2006. Atogwes 20 interceptions are fifth most inNFL during that time, trailing only Philadelphia CB Asante Sam(36), Green Bay CB Charles Woodson (30), Baltimore S Ed R(30) and Washington CB DeAngelo Hall (24).

Linebacker James Laurinaitis is having another productive season as he leads the Rams in tackles
and has made numerous plays in the passing game.
DE James Halls 11th NFL season has been one of his best for the
veteran leader of St. Louis defense. He leads the team with 10.5
sacks on the year and has also recorded -- tackles, including two for
loss. Hall also leads the Rams and is tied for second in the NFL with
six forced fumbles this season.
In last weeks win over San Francisco, Hall recorded 2.0 sacks in a
game for the third time this season. His other two came in Week 4
against Seattle and Week 6 versus San Diego.
Hall now has 57.0 career sacks. His 10.5 sacks this season is hissecond-highest single season total of his career (11.5 in 2004). Hes
tied for sixth in the NFC in sacks this season.
A HALL OF A PLAYER
DE James Hall has 8.5 sacks this season, which is his second-best season total of his 11-year
career. Hes seen here sacking Donovan McNabb in Week 3.

In his first season with the Rams, WR Danny Amendola set nteam records in the return game. In year two in St. Louis
Amendola, hes been a key component of the offense as well.
Amendola leads the Rams with 83 receptions for 680 yards. Htied for ninth in the NFL and is fifth in the NFC in catches this sson. Hes also averaging 11.4 yards per punt return and set upfield goal with an 84-yard kick return last week against the 49ers
In his first season on an NFL roster last season, Amendola cau43 passes for 326 yards in 14 games. He surpassed both totals midseason this year and has added three touchdowns as well.
In addition, Amendola is one of the leagues best on third down. 29 receptions on third down are second most in the NFL.

Amendola currently leads the NFL in all-purpose yardage, w2,283 yards. Amendola is the only player in the league to lead team in punt return, kick return, and receiving yardage.
The former Texas Tech Red Raider needs just four catches Sundin Seattle to tie Marshall Faulk and Isaac Bruce for the 10th mreceptions in a season in Rams history.
With seven grabs against the Seahawks, Amendola will become jthe fourth player in the teams 74-year history to record 90 catchin a season. Bruce, Torry Holt and Steven Jackson are the three crent members of the Rams 90-reception club.
Without a doubt, DE Chris Longsthird NFL campaign has been hisbest.
Long has a career-high 8.5 sacks onthe season and has recorded at least1.0 sacks in seven of his last 10games. Additionally, he leads theRams with 16 quarterback hits and
19 pressures.
Last week he dropped Alex Smithand forced a fumble that FredRobbins recovered to end a fourth
quarter drive. In Week 12 in Denver, his relentless effort on the games final drive helped the Rams holdon to a victory. With St. Louis clinging to a three-point lead in the final
minute of Sundays game, Long sacked Kyle Orton on second downand pressured him into an errant throw on fourth down.
In Week 6 against San Diego, Long turned in his first two-sack per-formance of the season and his second of his career. For his efforts,Long was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week.

DANDY DANNY
WR/PR Danny Amendola has given the Rams a boost on offense and in the kicking game.
One of the biggest moves the Rams made this offseason was the
acquisition of veteran DT Fred Robbins, and the addition of the 11th
year pro has paid early dividends.
Robbins recorded 2.0 sacks in Week 13 at Arizona, his fifth game of
his career with 2.0 sacks. He also had a sack last week to give him
a new career high with 6.0 sacks on the season.
In Week 6, Robbins had a sack and three quarterback hits in the
Rams win over San Diego, and following the win, teammate Chris
Long said the inside push Robbins provided helped Long enjoy a
two-sack day that led to Long being named NFC Defensive Player of
the Week.
On the season, Robbins has 22 total tackles, including four for loss,
eight quarterback hits and seven passes defensed. Hes a big reason
why the Rams have seen a big improvement against the run and on
third down.
Robbins came to the Rams after six seasons with the New York
Giants. During two of those seasons, Steve Spagnuolo was the
Giants defensive coordinator. Its no coincidence that those two
campaigns were perhaps the best of Robbins career as he tied his
previous career high in sacks (5.5) in each of those seasons and was
a Pro Bowl alternate in 2008. He played a key role in New Yorks run
to their Super Bowl XLII championship.
WELCOME ABOARD
Rams DT Fred Robbins drops Seattle RB Justin Forsett for a loss. After joining St. Louis as a free
agent this spring, Robbins has made a big impact on a much-improved Rams defense this season.
TE Daniel Fells has been a favorite taof QB Sam Bradford, and the fourth-ypro has enjoyed his best season as aas a result.
Fells has set new career highs in breceptions and yards this season. He 38 catches for 352 yards in 2010, beslast years marks of 21 grabs and yards. Fells also has a pair of touchdocatches this season.
Fells and WR Danny Amendola are only Rams who have recorded at least one reception in every ga

Turnovers can often tell the story inthe NFL, and theyve certainly painteda big portion of the picture for the 2010Rams.
Steve Spagnuolos team is 6-1 thisseason when they win the turnoverbattle. St. Louis has committed just 20turnovers this season, tied for 9thfewest in the NFL.
When the Rams do give their oppo-nent extra opportunities, St. Louisdefense is among the NFLs best atlimiting the damage. Opponents haveturned the Rams 19 turnovers intojust 34 points, the fourth lowest total in the NFL. Last week the Ramsforced a punt following their only giveaway.
The Rams have been aided by superb ball protection from their play-er who handles it most often. When RB Steven Jackson lost a fum-ble in Week 14 in New Orleans, it was his first lost fumble in 562touches. Hes lost just 14 fumbles in 2,190 career touches.
As a team, St. Louis has lost just six fumbles this season, tied for the
second fewest in the NFL on the year.
TURNOVER STORY
QB Sam Bradford and C Jason Brown
K Josh Brown is among the NFLs best
when it comes to kicking from long dis-
tance.
Brown connected on a 52-yard try two
weeks ago against the Chiefs, his second
52-yarder this season. He also hit one as
part of a 4-for-4 afternoon in Week 13 at
Arizona. Brown hit six field goals of 50-plus
yards in 2008 and 2009, tying the team
record for most field goals from 50-plus ina season. His 2008 and 09 seasons are
tied with Tony Zendejas for most 50-yard
field goals in a season in team history.
Brown now ranks sixth in NFL history in successful field goal tries
from 50 yards or more. Of the five players who rank ahead of Brown
- Jason Hanson (45), Morten Andersen (40), John Kasay (40), Jason
Elam (39) and Sebastian Janikowski (29) - all but Janikowski played
at least nine more seasons than Brown. Janikowski entered the NFL
three seasons before Brown.
Since entering the NFL in 2003, Brown has made 28 field goals from
50-plus yards, most among active kickers during that time. His 68.3
percentage on field goals of 50 yards or more is second best since03.

Brown has scored 119 points this season, third best in the NFC and
fourth in the NFL among kickers.

WR Danny Amendola is the Rams lead-
ing receiver, and his versatility has also
served St. Louis well in the return game.
Amendola is averaging 11.4 yards perpunt return this season, fifth best in the
NFC and eighth best in the NFL.
Hes given the Rams a big-play boost and
helped the club gain advantageous field
position. Amendola has seven punt
returns of 20 yards or more this season,
second only to Chicagos Devin Hester,
who has nine.
In just two seasons, Amendola ranks fourth in Rams history in ki
off return yards (2,697), ninth in punt return yards (803) and third
combined return yards (3,500).

Last April, the Rams were thrilled to find
Indiana T Rodger Saffold available at the
top of the second round. St. Louis chose
Saffold with the 33rd overall pick and quick-
ly inserted him in the starting lineup.
Saffold has started each of the Rams 15
games, and the former Hoosier is the only
rookie left tackle to start every game for his
team this season. According toStatspass.com, Saffold has allowed only
three sacks all season.
Saffold was the fifth offensive tackle and seventh offensive lineman
taken in the 2010 draft.
WR Brandon Gibson has found a late-
season groove that has paid off for the
Rams offense.
The second-year receiver battled a
hamstring injury near the end of train-
ing camp that caused him to be inac-
tive the first two weeks of the season.
In all, he caught 12 passes in the
teams first seven games. Hes
responded with 38 receptions in thelast eight games and has been a trust-
ed target for QB Sam Bradford.
Gibson also has two touchdown catches on the year. Hes set
career highs with 50 receptions for 590 yards.

In 2009, CB Bradley Fletchers rookie sea-
son was off to a bang before a torn ACL
and LCL ended it seven games in. After an
exhaustive offseason of rehab, Fletcher is
back and earned the starting right corner-
back job this season.
After intercepting Drew Brees in Weeks 14,
Fletcher leads the Rams with four picks
this season. Hes second on the club in
tackles (87) and second in passesdefensed (12).
His interception in New Orleans gave him two interceptions in as
many weeks, and Fletcher has been around the ball regularly this
season. Against Seattle in Week 4, he snared a Matt Hasselbeck
pass and returned it to the 4-yard line. In Week 3 he recorded his first
interception when he picked off Donovan McNabb in the fourth quar-
ter to clinch a Rams victory. In Week 1, he made his first career fum-
ble recovery.
Fletchers road back wasnt an easy one. He underwent an operation
to reconstruct his LCL. After rehabbing from his first surgery, he again
went under the knife, this time to repair and reconstruct his ACL. Still,
Fletcher made it back to the field for the start of training camp andhas been a huge asset to the Rams.

Starting strong safety Craig Dahl recordedhis first interception in Week 13 in Arizona, and he waited just one week to add hissecond. Dahl intercepted Drew Breesthree weeks ago to give him two picks in as

Also at Arizona, Dahl became the thirdRam this season to record an interceptionand a sack in the same game, joiningJames Laurinaitis and Oshiomogho

One year removed from allowing 44
sacks, the Rams have kept their quar-terback upright at a much better rate in2010.
Through 15 games, Sam Bradford hasbeen dropped just 31 times. The 13-sack decrease is the sixth-bestimprovement in the NFL over 2009team totals.
Making the single-year improvementmore impressive is the fact that theteam has done it with both a rookiequarterback and rookie left tackle in
Rodger Saffold. The Rams have the fifth-most pass attempts in tNFL but are tied for 14th fewest sacks allowed.
A leading cause for the offensive lines success has been its content health and continuity. St. Louis five opening day starters onoffensive line have combined to miss just one start all season.
