Riding Other PVTA RoutesFull-time, Day Division Westfield State students with a valid University ID may also ride PVTA Routes R-10 and B-23 free of charge. The R-10 to West Springfield and downtown Springfield via Route 20 departs from Elm and Arnold Streets. The B-23 to Holyoke via Holyoke Community College departs from Elm and Arnold Streets in downtown Westfield. (Graduate and Continuing Education students, faculty and staff of the University wishing to ride these routes may purchase bus passes at the Campus Card office in Wilson Hall.)
Accessibility All PVTA buses are ADA wheelchair accessible. For TTY service call 413-733-0449 (TTY/Relay).

Travel TrainingPVTA now offers Travel Training for seniors and people with mobility impairments who are motivated to learn how to safely and independently use the fixed route system. Our Travel Trainers provide personalized, one-on-one instruction which takes each trainee’s unique needs and abilities into account. Travel Training is provided free-of-charge except for the trainee’s bus fare while training is taking place.
