The Vietnam War Thursday May 25 5:00pm – 6:15pm Hannibal Arts Council The full documentary which is a 10 part, 18 hour long series of programs will be shown on WQEC/PBS in September, 2017. This preview will provide insight into the depth and scope of a “must-see” documentary series. The documentary by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick will explore the impact of the Vietnam War on America and Americans. In 1990, Ken Burns offered the landmark series, The Civil War and in 2007, Burns and Novick produced The War about WWII. Both have been highly acclaimed and The Vietnam War is certain to match the quality of both previous documentaries. FREE and open to the public

The Belvedere School for Hands-On Preservation
Bob Yapp founded the Belvedere School for Historic Preservation in July of 2008. The school is dedicated to teaching students from all over North America how to become artisans in the preservation trades. All of the sessions are fun and intense learn-by-doing workshops. Student’s work side-by-side with Bob to gain a thorough understanding of how to efficiently and cost effectively learn a variety of preservation skills. For detailed information, contact Bob.
