REPORTOFMEETINGNO.389820-10-17 Meeting No 3898 held 20th November President Leo Cummins welcomed everyone.

• He thanked all members for their efforts at the Dunkeld Races.

• Combined Bowls Night this Wednesday $25 per head wear a bright coloured shirt and flat shoes

• Meeting on 27th November was cancelled.

Reports Noel Howard reported on the Dunkeld Races. Profit of around $2000. Some leftover food donated to the Uniting Church. Presented Kevin with a pair of sunglasses (left at Dunkeld) due to his celebrity status on the ABC Public Relations – Kevin Safe • Thanked Noel for driving for Skills Centre. Program completed for the year. Next year, a bus may be running from Casterton and return, so we may not have to do any driving. • Raffle – still 15 books left • Organizing publicity for the Vitality/WDHS Scholarship presentation, to go in the Spec.

Murray Menzel reported that Jenny Clarke had reported that the solar fridge we donated in Uganda is working well. Fines conducted by Richard Beks-asked us to recall a favourite movie. We had a great day at the Dunkeld Races, and made a good profit. There was lots to see and the crowd was good, well-behaved and, once again, entertaining!
