Every Monday...
You’re asked to create a weekly reflection--it can be spoken, written, or both. ANVILL lets you record or write your reflection directly, or you can use another program and upload the document (or sound file).! To get started, follow these steps...

Click on the weekly reflections button on the main menu
Click the “+” button on the bottom
It creates an entry in your name.
Step 1: Adding a reflection

Give your reflection a title.
Start writing in the Portfolio Entry box (note: you can use whatever language you want).
Click the save button.
Step 2a: Writing
You can write here or copy and paste from elsewhere.
You can also attach your reflection here--most file types accepted.

Give your reflection a title.
Click on the microphone. Start speaking. Click the microphone to stop speaking.
After listening to your recording, click the save button.
Step 2b: Speaking
Click the gear icon (upper right) to verify your microphone.
You can also attach your reflection here--.mp3, .mov., .mp4 accepted.

Click the “Choose File” button; Click the Upload button
Find the file you want to Upload on your computer.
Click Submit.
