Dear Weird Lovers,Love, if it’s anything, certainly is weird. Especially when it smolders in the page of the decaying newsprint—which we all love—called comic books!

Actually, most of the stories in the old romance comics were pretty pedestrian. Boy meets girl; girl meets boy. Some type of problem. Girl cries. Problem somehow gets solved. Boy and girl kiss and live blah blah blah.

But, in those old funny books, there were a small, select number of stories that extracted the “AH!” from the BLAH. And in those bizarro comics, Cupid tangled with commies and clowns, sluts and sleezoids, drugs and dogs, snorers and sinners, lunatics and lechers, swingers and sickos… and worse. Make that BETTER!

We endeavor to present to you in this and all the future so-bad-they’re-good issues the better, THE VERY BEST, of the worst in the luridly-drawn pulp pop pages of… WEIRD LOVE!
