Cautions

If the incorrect person is shown in a position

1. Click the Remove Person From Position button to remove previous person and enter a stop date.

2. Click the Add Person To Position button to add the current person

If you want to add another person with the same title as another

• Click the Add Person To Position button to add the new person. This will not remove the current person; it simply adds another instance for the same position.
