What is a “Gifted/Talented” student?
No standard definition from any organization– Demonstrate outstanding levels of
aptitude or competence in a domain(<10%) (NAGC)
– Higher performance capability (Javits, ‘88)

– Children who, by virtue of outstanding abilities, are capable of high performance.(Marland Report, ‘72)
How else is it defined?
