What is hidden within this logo?

Before merging with Delta, Northwest’s logo was one of the best in the industry. The
N and W within the circle are fairly obvious, but did you know the circle also
serves as a compass? And guess which direction the
arrow in the upper-left-hand corner (or the beginning of
the w) is pointing?
IMPORTANT
It is important that you use your own personal compass and stay on the right course to be successful in math.
What else can you do to make sure that you will be successful?
Can you find the hidden items?
Please make it your goal to pay attention to details this year!
