Toole Design Group conducted parking supply and demand counts on 12 different days, including:
• Before and After arrival, and before and after dismissal on:
− Typical school days in June, September and October 2014
− A rainy day in October (when staff/community center drive rates would
be the highest)
• During Back-to-School-Night
• A typical weeknight at 5:00 and 8:00pm
• A Sunday with a theater event
