‘Pierniki’ is the traditional gingerbread produced in Poland since the 13th century. Gingerbread biscuits and creations are a symbol of Polish national cuisine, and are famous all over the world.

For centuries, the masters of the gingerbread craft jealously guarded their recipes; now with the help of our Patisserie chef, you can learn the art of making these delicious cookies.

made from top-quality flour, honey and oriental spicy flavouring, Polish gingerbread was so loved by Frederic chopin that he wrote a letter praising their taste to his friend Jan matuszyński.

your delegates will enjoy working together to make these delicious gingerbread delicacies and then when they are fresh out of the oven they get to share them with disadvantaged children from the neighbourhood.

For this reason, many writers, sculptors and painters have been inspired by Frederic chopin’s masterpiece. maybe you and your delegates will be too?

Imagine being far away from the noise of the city, in a place where you are not only close to nature, but you are an integral part of it. U Wiecha, a village complex situated just a short coach ride from Warsaw, is an ideal refuge for stressed, overworked executives.

A visit to the distinctive and historic red-brick koneser Vodka Factory provides your delegates with an exclusive opportunity to sample Poland’s finest vodka. the factory has produced vodka since 1897 and generates over 16 million bottles a year. Until very recently, the distillery had its headquarters here, but now the factory houses a number of artistically inclined establishments, such as the klima Bocheńska Gallery, luksfera Gallery and the Wytwórnia theatre. the building also serves as a cultural events hall.

during their tour, delegates will sample a wide variety of vodkas, including the classic, Wyborowa, as well as vodkas flavoured with honey or cranberry. We will also serve traditional Polish snacks, and we invite your delegates to join in the preparation of traditional dumplings (pierogi).

this fascinating and interactive presentation introduces delegates to the amazing Polish folk art of paper cut-outs, tissue paper bouquets, easter eggs and easter palms.

the folklore of Łowicz stands out among other areas known for their ethnic value by its sustained and rich tradition of folk rituals. Its artistic handicraft products made by folk artists are recognized around the world: their colours are unique, and the execution of design is admirable.

these traditional folk crafts are presented by folk artists from various regions of Poland, including Łowicz, opoczno and kurpie; delegates may choose the region whose folk art interests them most and allows them to stretch their artistic and manual skills.
