• The Telangana Government has enacted the “Telangana StateIndustrial Project Approval and Self-Certification System (TS-iPASS)Act, 2014” (Act No.3 of 2014)

Addition of New Services.• In addition to 24 pre establishment approvals , 4 Approvals from Labor Dept are included, making
total pre – establishment approvals to 28 under ambit of TS-iPASS.
• Similarly, in addition to 6 pre-operational approvals , 2 approvals pertaining to Labor and 1 pertaining
to Legal metrology are included making total pre – Operational approvals to 9 under ambit of TS-
iPASS.
• Also, the Renewals pertaining to Pollution control board, Factories and Boilers Dept’s are included under ambit of TS-iPASS.
