Year PlusHelp for international students to adopt to the Slovenian system and culture in their firstyear in Slovenia
Target group of the Year Plus: international students in their first study year at theUniversity of Ljubljana bachelor or master degree programmes with no knowledge ofSlovenian language
Credit load:• 30 ECTS credit points of which there are minimum 6 ECTS credit points from
Slovenian language course• For the rest of the ECTS credit points, the student selects other courses from the
chosen degree programme (degree programme courses) and other courses (specificPrep module courses)

• According to your Learning Agreement you will receive informationabout responsible teachers of individual courses.

Instructions for incoming students
• You should regularly attend the classes according to the published timetables. For the courses delivered in the form of individual consultations, you should contact the teachers within one week after arrival. They will define your obligations, study literature, seminar work, etc.
• If you wish to change your Learning Agreement, discuss the changes with adequate teachers and bring the form Changes to Original Learning Agreement to International Office.

Instructions for incoming students
• For each exam that you pass, professors will issue a signed certificate with adequate grade. In order to be issued the final Transcript of Records, you should bring these certificates to International Office.
• You should finish all the defined obligations and exams before you leave and go back home. It is not allowed to make exams from your home institution.

• UL FGG provides access to the Eduroam WiFi network. In order to use it, ensure beforehand that you are able to use Eduroam when still at your home institution.

All foreign students receive Personal ID number issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is required to apply for monthly bus ticket, food coupons, etc.
