September 15– 26 Nike will host WebEx sessions to help you with registration and training on the creation of invoices. September 24 Last day that invoices can be submitted to Nike via [email protected] or received by mail.
September 22 – 26 Nike will create your account in Tradeshift and will transmit all open purchase orders with your company into the Tradeshift system.
September 29 Go Live! You will receive your account activation email and may begin creating and transmitting purchase order-based and non-PO based invoices to Nike via Tradeshift. You will be able to see all outstanding purchase orders from Nike within Tradeshift.

1. Find the email from Tradeshift in your email inbox. The subject line will be “Confirm your new email”. Then click the green button that says “Confirm new email address”

Important! Do not create an invoice and then try to add a PO#. If you are billing a PO based invoice always create the invoice by “flipping”

Nike Reverse PO: When the Quantity and Dollar amount are reversed to allow for multiple invoices to post against one line item on a Purchase Order.

• Can my company have multiple users? • Yes your company can have multiple users.
1. Go to the “Company Profile” menu item
2. Click “Edit Profile”

• Can I check the status of my invoice/payment? • You can check the status of your invoice by looking under the Documents section in Tradeshift
and viewing the “Status” column.
• Can I view Remittance Advice? • You can view “Remittance Advice” under the Documents section
• Can I backdate my invoices? • You can only backdate an invoice one day
• If I currently have invoices awaiting payment do I need to submit the invoice through Tradeshift? • No, if you have already submitted an invoice, you don’t need to do anything.
