• Play according to the laws and spirit of the game.
• Display self-control in all situations especially when travelling as a representative of the RTC. I will never direct foul or abusive language at anyone before, during or after a game or training session.
• Train and play to the best of my ability, have a positive attitude, encourage others to do the same. Always show respect to my coaches, pay attention and attempt the tasks organised for me during training. Respect all adults involved in the club. They give their time and effort to help me enjoy football.
• Respect the opposition and treat them as I would like them to treat me.
• Refrain from smoking (including e-cigarettes), taking drugs and drinking alcohol excessively as this will affect my performance and is not compatible with allowing me to play football at my best.
• Respect the referee. Never dispute their decisions. They are only human and they make mistakes, just like me.
Bucks RTC U15s & U16s Code of Conduct 2018-19I understand that coaches & managers have the right to not select players
for matches should any of the points below be contravened.
In order to play and represent Bucks RTC in the JPL I agree to:
• Respect my team mates – I promise to encourage my fellow players, never bully or criticise or belittle them directly or via social media, and make sure I play my part in maintaining our great team spirit while also to set a good example for younger players in the RTC.
• I will be on time and appropriately prepared (including any medication I need) and dressed for matches/training sessions. I will take responsibility for my own kit and also share responsibility for equipment such as footballs, goals, netting etc. owned or used by our RTC.
In signing Bucks RTC registration for Junior Premier League, all players accept the code of conduct set out above.
Thank you for your commitment,
From Bucks RTC Coaches & Managers
