WARRANTY OVERVIEWWhat is included?Agilent prides itself on developing the best and most reliable instruments in the industry. However, we also appreciate that the need for repairs can happen and want to ensure that should you encounter any challenges, we are able to rectify them as a priority. The warranty is in place because we are not only committed to delivering the best instruments, we are also intent on delivering the best customer service.
The terms of your specific warranty can be found here; please note they are tailored per country and so it is worth familiarizing yourself with the relevant country’s warranty specification for your reference. If a product is moved to another country, the destination country’s standard warranty will apply except for on-site warranty where Agilent does not have an applicable product-specific support presence or authorized representative in that country.
When does the warranty start and what does it cover?Your complimentary warranty is valid for the first 12 months of your instrument’s life from the installation date. During this time you will be entitled to:
• Preferred response time to speed resolution of your service request
• All required on-site warranty-level repair visits to restore your systems to operating condition and minimize downtime
• Genuine Agilent parts necessary for warranty-level repair
• Dedicated technical hotline providing hardware support as often as necessary
