Parking, Driving Range, & Putting Green • Quail Valley Golf Club is a self-park
facility o All participants will be
responsible for parking their own vehicles and bringing their clubs to the clubhouse where a tournament volunteer or Club Pro will assist them.
• The driving range is located east of the clubhouse. The driving range will open at dawn.
• The practice putting green is located directly across from the clubhouse.
Dress Code: Golf Attire Required • NO denim or jeans permitted. • Collared shirts are required. All shorts must be Bermuda length and hemmed. • No t-shirts or cut-off shirts • No metal spiked shoes, boots, or sandals.
Individuals that do not abide by the dress code may not be permitted to participate.
Additional Information and Reminders • We will be playing RAIN OR SHINE – please bring appropriate rain attire and
umbrellas. • Bring sunscreen • Golf visors and baseball hats are permitted

Silent Auction
Rules • Silent auction bidding will open at 7:00am. • Bidding guidelines
o The first bid on an item must be at least at that item’s listed minimum bid o All bids must meet the specific bid increase guidelines for that item o Bids must be made on the item’s specific bidding sheet
• Bidding is scheduled to end at 2:30pm. Bidding may end earlier or later if needed, and this information will be provided to all participants.
• Payments information will be provided the day of the tournament.
Golf Tournament Details
Registration • 6:30 – 7:40am located downstairs in the Blue Bonnet Room • At registration, all participants will receive their hole assignments, tournament gift
bags, two drink tickets and Golf polos. • Mulligans sales $2 each/limit 5 per player
o Golf polos MAY NOT be exchanged at Registration for a different size or cut.
Golf polos may be exchanged with other participants during THAT DAY’S tournament if another golfer wishes to make the exchange.
Tournament Format, Scoring & Rules 4-person Scramble
• A scramble format is one in which all players in the foursome tee off, and then the best shot is chosen. All players drop at that point then hit again. You again choose the best shot and hit from there. You repeat this process until the ball is holed. Bogey is your friend. If at any time your team cannot make a better score than Bogey on a hole, please pick-up and move on to the next hole. PLAYERS WHO ARRIVE LATE AND START ROUND 30 MINUTES AFTER SHOTGUN WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR 1ST, 2ND OR 3RD PLACE AWARDS.

Course
• Please refer to your scorecard in regards to the starting hole and rotation of round. o Tournament rotation will be announced that morning.
Scoring • GROSS: Team score without handicap
Ties
• If the event of a tie, a scorecard playoff will determine winner, the best score on the last nine holes. If the tying teams have the same score for the last nine, determine the winner on the basis of the last six holes, last three holes and finally the 18th hole.
Games & Challenges • Closest to the Pin: El Dorado hole 11 & La Quinta hole 5 • Longest Drive: El Dorado hole 3 & La Quinta hole 14 • Putting Contest: Quail Valley hole 18 putting green • Charity Golf International Par 5 Contest El Dorado hole 7 and La Quinta hole 7.
Donations of any amount for chance to win American Airlines Airfare for (2) to San Francisco, CA, 2 Nights at Pebble Beach Lodge and 2 rounds of golf for (2) at Pebble Beach, Spyglass & Spanish Bay. Trip value $5,000. This contest and donations are optional.
Mulligans
• Mulligans will be available for purchase for $2.00 each during registration • Limit of 5 mulligans per player.
Beverages
• All participants will receive two (2) drink tickets valued at $2.00 per tickets. o Includes tournament specific beer, sodas, Gatorades, and bottled water o DOES NOT include any Quail Valley Golf Club premium beers or mixed
drinks o Additional drink tickets available for purchase at $2.00 per ticket

• Towards the end of lunch, challenge winners and tournament champions will be awarded.
• Fantastic door prizes will also be awarded. • Individuals MUST be present to win a door prize.
