On the testing environment, a Statistics Dashboard is available, by Site. Refreshed every hour, publishers can test the speed of their views and verify if the speed meet the requirements of the 10s max.We are tolerating 12s, 15s when it's not too frequent.

An automated alert is sent to our central mailbox when average speed of loading is higher than 15s.This is very helpful to locate issues quickly, especially dashboards not tested in the test environment (some publishers are cheating, sometimes, or not testing properly). When we receive an alert, we investigate and contact the publishers when it's needed.

Governance – Tracking of requestsWeekly, all requests received (answered) are tracked. This is helping to make visible the work we do.All type of requests can be analyzed easily based on the title, since we have a template for each type of request, using a portal.
