can decorate and personalise to your specifications.

We have a Studio in which it is possible to host classes from Zumba to Insanity for an additional charge on request

when booked in advance.

We are able to provide a cold buffet for an additional charge on request when booked in advance.

Serenity Etiquette Arriving for your Treatment

To start your treatment in the right frame of mind, please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated treatment time. This

will ensure personal belongings are locked away and a consultation form is completed prior to treatment. Failing to

do so will result in your treatment time being shortened.

Treatment time

Included in your treatment time is your consultation and aftercare advice to ensure you gain the maximum benefits

from your treatment.

Dress Code

Please wear dry clothing or swimwear to your treatment appointment. Should your swimwear be wet, your therapist

will provide you with disposable underwear.

Treatment Age Requirements

We are able to offer treatments to all ages however clients under 16 are required to have a consent form signed and

an adult present during treatment.

Health Club Tranquillity

We politely ask that you respect the right of other guests by switching all mobile phones to silent.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

We require a 50% deposit to secure all treatment bookings. We require 24 hours notice to cancel any treatments to

avoid a 100% charge. All deposits are non refundable
