Our Planning Experiences

STARTING AT $3,500 Best suited for our clients that are looking to wrap up wedding logistics and enjoy their big day!

This package is essentially to help you finalize all layouts, vendor checklists, timeline details and all

other last minute details.

Pre-Planning

• Coordination of Wedding Day Ceremony & Reception ONLY. Royalty

• Unlimited Meetings in person, phone, & emails with Planner necessary to finalize wedding details beginning at the 8 week mark.

• Schedule & Attend: Five (5) vendor meetings to finalize all wedding logistics with the vendors at the 6 week mark.

Preparation

• Obtain & review all final vendor contracts from client.

• Prepare & approve timeline with couple for ceremony & reception.

• Planner will contact vendors & inform them of our service.

• Provide final vendor balance sheet.

• Confirm set up & transportation schedule.

• Access to limited vendor recommendations.

Final Week

• Provide final counts to venue & catering manage.

• Obtain all personal items from the couple to be displayed during wedding day.

• Attend ceremony rehearsal & coordinate cues in cooperation with officiant.

STARTING AT $6,000 This package is specifically catered for the couple who wishes to let us handle majority of the

communication. This package is essentially to help you after you have picked vendors and given a

basis of your vision. Relax and let our team handle the rest!

Pre-Planning • Planning & Coordination of Wedding Day Ceremony, Reception & 1 Pre-Event. • Unlimited phone, & emails with Planner necessary to finalize wedding details. • 10 in person meetings with Planner necessary to finalize wedding details* (Travel may apply) • Schedule & Attend: Fifteen (15) vendor meetings to finalize all wedding logistics with the vendors. • Couples MUST have already selected venue prior to hiring planner Preparation • Manage Client’s month-to-month check list & project plans throughout planning process. • Contract negotiation with preferred vendors to optimal incentives or price points • Prepare & approve timeline with couple for ceremony & reception. • Design & create wedding inspiration board for each event. • Develop & manage wedding expense sheet. • Constant communication with vendors during planning process. • Access to entire vendor directory. STARTING AT $12,000 Bringing your imaginative wedding story to reality is exactly the experience we hope to bring to life. By managing every aspect of the planning design, we can really incorporate

the couple’s personality from the initial concept and design to the complete event management and final execution.

Pre-Planning • Planning & Coordination of Wedding Day Ceremony & Reception and 2 pre-events. • Includes Main Planner and 1 (one) assistant for wedding day only • Unlimited Meetings in person, phone, & emails with Planner necessary to finalize wedding details. • Schedule & Attend: Twenty-five (25) vendor meetings to finalize all wedding logistics with the vendors. • Collect & record RSVP via mail. • Stuff, assemble, & deliver out of town welcome bags. Create wedding letter and “Things to Do” in wedding destination. Preparation • Manage Clients month to month check list & project plans throughout planning process. • Negotiate all contracts to optimal incentives or price points. • Prepare & approve timeline with couple for ceremony & reception. • Design & create wedding inspiration board for each event. • Develop & manage wedding expense sheet. • Constant communication with vendors during planning process. • Access to entire vendor directory. Day of Responsibilities • Complete Wedding Day coverage to ensure all wedding logistics are correct and supervise all set up

details at both ceremony & reception venues.

• Manage wedding day timeline to ensure all events are on time per the schedule.

• Main point of contact for all vendors on wedding day.

• Receive all deliveries and greet all vendors on day of.

• Oversee all behind the scene event management and troubleshoot as needed.

• Cue all ceremony music cues, and wedding party during processional and recessional.

• Confirm all program details with Minister/Priest to ensure no changes need to be made.

• Monitor weather forecasts to ensure all troubleshooting logistics are implemented in a timely manner.

• Assist photographer and organize wedding party and family members for pictures

• Set up alphabetized escort cards, guest book, ceremony items, portraits, and all additional display items

given by the couple.

• Cue the members of band or DJ throughout the ceremony and reception activities

• Distribute all final vendor day of balances to appropriate vendors.

• Coordinate all wedding party transportation.

• Manage hair and make up schedules and confirm artist arrival.

• Assist bride(s)/groom(s) and wedding party in dressing room prior to ceremony at ceremony venue.

• Distribute personal flowers (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc).

• Coordinate and time ushers, house party, readers, ceremony musicians, parents/grandparents,

bridesmaids, groomsmen, and bride and groom during processional and recessional.

• Direct family and friends during photos pre and post ceremony, organized lists to be provided to

planner prior to wedding day.

• Bustle bride’s wedding gown and help prep for her ceremony entry.

• Arrange for refreshments after ceremony.

• Assist Bride during any hair and make up changes between events.

• Assist in styling bride during her portrait session on site to ensure all jewelry and hair are in place.

• Coordinate entertainment and all announcements and events throughout the evening (special dances,

cake cutting, bouquet toss, couple's exit etc).

• Gather personal items from Bride’s dressing room and put them in the getaway vehicle

• Gather gifts, toasting flutes, cake serving pieces, guest book, portraits, and all other wedding day,

accessories and return them to a designated person

• Return cake plateau and miscellaneous accessories to specified vendors

Day of Service Contract

Ineffable Celebrations understands and appreciates the trust and confidence bestowed

upon it by the client in booking as the event date(s). Ineffable Celebrations accepts this

responsibility and commits to holding the event date reserved, neither considering nor

accepting any other obligation that will interfere with our meeting our full commitment to

you. This commitment is conditioned upon satisfactory receipt of fees set forth below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event the services of the Wedding Planner are no longer required (cancellation of

wedding, etc.); a percentage of the rendition will be forfeited, as set out below:

• 0% of the rendition if the event is cancelled within 3 days of the signing of this contract.

• 33% of the rendition if the event is cancelled between 4-15 days of the signing of this

contact.

• 67% of the rendition if the event is cancelled between 16-30 days of the signing of this

contract.

• 100% of the rendition if the event is cancelled after 30 days of the signing of this contract.

Signature of all Parties Involved

• I understand that I am using Ineffable Celebrations to help with my wedding

planning. I also understand a 50% rendition is required and final payment is due

thirty (30) days prior to the wedding / event date.

• I can cancel at any time or change my contract at any time and agree to pay all fees. I

acknowledge Ineffable Celebrations and its representatives are not liable for the

products or services and warranties of participating vendors.

• I understand that it is my responsibility to purchase my own wedding insurance, if I

so desire. In the event of any dispute or legal action between the parties concerning

the enforcement or interpretation of this General Contract, each party shall be responsible for their own attorney’s fees.

Marriage License Requirement Sheet

There are two types of marriage licenses--Formal marriage license and Declaration and

Registration of an Informal Marriage (Common law). The basic requirements are the same

for both types of marriage.

• Both parties must appear in person.

• Both parties must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have a valid, government-issued picture identification. Names will be reflected on

the marriage license exactly as they appear on the IDs. The County Clerk's office cannot

change the name or spelling of name on ID. Forms of acceptable, valid identification

include: o Driver's license o State ID o Passport o Military ID o Visa • Must know Social

Security number.

• A blood test is NOT required
