Semi Automatic torch setdesign of torch set (air/gas cooled)
Same principle applies for semi automatic and manual
Gas cooled
- The shield gas will be guided separately up to the torch neck. By this system you will eliminate gas losses!!
- The shield is channeld in form of cascades up to the gas diffuserfor better cooling
- The shield gas flows compressed into the torch neck where it can expand. This expansion of CO² brings due to it‘s chemical reaction an additionalcooling effect. Under mixed gas this effect is reduced.
Product Concept
Watercooling
- dual circle watercooling: 2 water circles - cooling of contact tip- cooling of gas nozzle
Product Concept
Outer cooling circle cooles the nozzle or the thread Of the nozzle
Inner cooling circle coolsthe contact tip
