PLANT MATERIALS AND PROTECTIONS: PLANT MATERIALS AND PROTECTIONS: A) Quality and Size: All plant materials shall conform to the standars for Florida No. 1 or better as given in ''Grades and Standards for Nursery Plants''. PPart 1, 1963 and Part 2, State of Florida department of Agriculture. Plants shall have a habit of growth that is normal for the species and shall be healthy, vigorous and equal or exceed the measuremments specified in the plant list, which are the minimum acceptable sizes B) Substitucion: Will only be considered by Substitucion: Will only be considered by the landscape Architect upon submission of proof that the species is not obtainable in the specified size.
