1918 Odense Steel Shipyard founded as a personally owned company by A.P.

Møller

1920 Delivery of the Yard’s first newbuilding S/S ROBERT MÆRSK

1944 Odense Steel Shipyard transformed into a limited company (Ltd.)

1959 Inauguration of the Lindø division by Danish prime minister H.C. Hansen

1980 Production discontinued at the Odense division

2009 Decision to discontinue shipbuilding activities at the Lindø division and

implement new business model

2012 Delivery of the Yard’s lastnewbuilding Hull No. L 716
