Cell Phone Policy

Cell Phones are a GREAT resource when it comes to studying historical info.

However, when instruction is being given, all cell phones must be put away or face down on your desk.

CELL PHONES SHOULD ALWAYS BE ON ‘SILENT’

HOMEWORK POLICY

Late Homework Policy If absent, you will have the same #

of days absent to complete assignment

If homework is late & you turn it in the next day, the highest grade you will receive for that homework is a 70 (always better than a 0)

Homework will NOT be accepted 2 days after it was due

**Late Homework Slip

Absence Procedure

CHECK ABSENTBIN Folders are labeled by class

period. If you are absent you will go to the absent bin and read all information.

THEN, if you have any questions, you may ask me!

All work that is late (whether because of an absence or just late) MUST have a late slip attached to it

*Once everyone is up and running with schoology, we will begin to use that for assignments, etc.

End of Class Procudures

MS. GALARZA RELEASES YOU, NOT THE BELL!!

I will allow enough time for you to put away your materials & pack up for next class.

If you disrespect me by packing up early, the class will be held for the same amount of time wasted.
