Welcome to Mrs. Villalpando’s Class
Please have out your printed schedule.
A Letter from
Mrs. Villalpando
to You
Hello!
Welcome to our Physical Science class! I love to teach because of the exchange of ideas that students and teachers can share. In order to get to that point, we need to feel comfortable with each other and a great way to get to know each other would be to exchange letters. So I will start with my letter to you.
My name is Mrs. Villalpando, but you
can call me Mrs. V. I was born in San

I taught physics and Earth Science at Lompoc High for 11 years, and decided I wanted a change. And that is what led me here to VMS, my sixth year here.

I love to go hiking in the redwoods, watching sunsets, and spending time with my family. I also love to see plays and watch movies. I liked the movie The Dark Knight Rises.
This summer I mostly spent time with my sons. My family just got back from a trip to the redwoods.
A weird thing that happened to me this summer is I saw an albino Redwood tree.
My goal for this school year is to teach you the basics of Physical Science, to enjoy, wonder and understand the world you live in. I am really looking forward to working with you this next year and getting to know you through your letters to me. In your letter let In your letter let me, let know me what a goal for me, let know me what a goal for yourself for this year will be.yourself for this year will be.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Villalpando
