2. Design ConceptThe first Korean style condominium considering Local bad conditionsbad conditions
2.1 Severe MoistureWe have experienced so much severe moisture especially in rainy season.
Even if we put any kind of paints, we couldn’t prevent the moisture problem
100% until now So we adopt the moisture proofing method wall paper &100% until now. So, we adopt the moisture proofing method, wall paper &
painting on gypsum board. More expensive but more effective and perfect way.
And additionally, we install the boiler system for floor heating and hot water.
We are so happy to assure no more any moisture problem even in Baguio
from now on.
2.2 Lacking of WaterBaguio has lacking of water basically because the area is already very high.
So, we prepare big cistern tank and overhead tank to assure at least for 2~3 days.
2.3 Unstable ElectricityWe install emergency generator and individual emergency light. So, no more unstable
electricity thanks to our own big capacity of transformer.
2 4 E th k2.4 EarthquakeWe can not say high grad Korean style condominium using interior only. We have to
consider the strong structure also.
We build all buildings with new high technology, Seismic Design (Mat footing,
retaining wall, and one time pouring).
As you know well, just Philippines are using Column and CHB walling for building.
In Korea, the States, and Japan we can not find out this kind of conventional way.
That kind of Philippines style is so much weak for earthquake and water leakage.
