Course Selection Summary

Review the following before submitting your Course Selections and handing in your forms:

1. Choose a minimum of 8 courses (9 for Band)

2. Consider consulting your son/daughter’s teachers for course level advice

3. French Certificate – choose FIF1D, CGC1DF, PPL1O4/54. Parent’s/student’s signatures

5. Special Education students must check the IEP box on Student Information Sheet

6. Indicate on Student Information Sheet if English is not your first language
