1. Login Procedure (Synchoes)

(i) At the time of login at the login page , three mandatory fields are visible namely User ID &

Password . User Id & Password both are “case sensitive” .

Note:-

1. At the time of first login, a window will appear to change the password and it is mandatory to

change the password after first time login.

2. If the user enters wrong password thrice then the user id get’s blocked and user has to

contact the administrator for resetting the password.

3. If user forgets his/ her password then usage of the button “forget password “available on the

login page has to be used by the user. Subsequently system generated password shall be

automatically sent to the official email ID of the User.
